3rd Sapphire Cupcake: [Video / Action for Cianwood]

[The feed clicks on to Spike looking cheerful but a little dubious. He's sitting on an already made-bed, surrounded by four large eggs. Luckily his Trapinch is off destroying something else in another room, and his Pineco seemed content to stay sleeping on the window sill.]

Hi, it's Spike here, your friendly neighbourhood dragon.

So, everypony is out working or training right now, and I'm stuck here looking after these eggs.

[Yep, Spike may have gone a little overboard with his egg collecting. So being back at the inn 'egg-sitting' is his own fault really.]

Does anypony know exactly how to look after these guys? [He rubs an imaginary dirt mark off one with the edge of the blanket]

I mean, I'm not supposed to sit on them or anything, right? Coz that would be way too weird.... And Fluttershy went home before I came, so I can't ask her.

[He looks a little concerned now]

If anypony can give me any advice on what I'm supposed to do to hatch eggs, that would be great.

Haha, you'll be fine! You just gotta learn to work and train your own Pokemon first before starting any breeding.

Um...do you think...you could show me how to train them Rainbow Dash? You're a pretty strong trainer after all.

Ha, thanks Spike! Yeah, I'll show you how to train 'em but...it's not easy becoming a strong trainer like me.

(Rainbow tosses a Pokeball and soon enough, Daring -Rainbow's Meganium- emerges and turns to playfully push Spike down with a Body Slam.)

Haha, this is Daring; Twilight gave her to me as a present during Hearth's Warming Eve! Daring, meet Spike.

ACK! [Spike hits the ground as Daring slams into him. He sits up rubbing his chest and laughing awkwardly.]

Well I could never be as strong as you. You're Rainbow Dash! [Cue Spike the fanboy.]

[He looks up at Daring and carefully pets her, his memory of his violent Trapinch ingrained in his mind.]

She's really big. And pretty.

Heh, you can be second-best.

(Rainbow grins lightly at Spike while Daring cooed softly and released a small amount of Sweet Scent in the air.)

Ha, I think she's saying 'thanks!' Careful of her Sweet Scent attack if you get hit by it; it really leaves you feeling weird for a while. (And really relaxed.)

[Spike's eyes widen and he scoots backwards on the floor, trying to avoid the Sweet Scent attack, but unfortunately he inhales at the wrong time and sneezes.]

Uh oh I think I breathed some of it in.

[A pause]

Pshaww that didn't do anything! Maybe it doesn't affect...[yawn] dragons....

[Spike blinks a couple times]

...wasn't the room blue before?

(As Daring blinks while tilting her head, Rainbow sighs in annoyance and facepalms before recalling the Grass type.)

You're not supposed to breathe it in or sneeze it! Last time something like this happened, we just...stood there and let it affect us for a bit.

(A beat.) ...What kind of blue? Sky blue like how my pony self looks, or blue as in the awesomeness of the sky?

[Spike watches in a daze as Rainbow Dash recalls Daring, a weird smile plastered across his face while his eyes are half closed]

I didn't...do it on purpose. [In a slurring voice like he's about to fall asleep.]

Awesome blue like the clouds, and it flies across the sky like unicorns...

[Yeah he's totally out of it...]

...Twilight's gonna kill me.

(Rainbow can only hope she doesn't hear about this, reaching over and shaking Spike; it worked with Fluttershy, maybe it'll work on baby dragons!)

Hey Spike, come on! Snap out of it, huh? Unicorns can't fly, so why would you think they can?

[Spike is so relaxed, he sort of flops about while Rainbow is shaking him]

[He starts giggling]

Unicorns...can't snap. Then they'd be called Pinchy. But Pinchy can't fly either.

You're hilarious Rainbow Dash!

Eh-heh, thanks.

(A beat, and she goes back to shaking him; maybe this happened because Spike literally inhaled it?)

C'mon Spike; snap out of it already!

[Spike flops a bit more, then slowly gets more motor movement back. He blinks, trying to clear his eyes. After a moment he puts a hand to his head, wincing.

Rainbow Dash...why are you shaking me?

Ugh...I feel like I ate one of Twilight's home cooked dinners...

(Rainbow suddenly stops a moment or two after Spike kinda-sorta facepalms and grins excitedly. He's okay!)

Alright! I knew you'd be able to shake off that Sweet Scent attack, Spike; no more inhaling it or sneezing it!

(A beat. Then she starts laughing again at hearing about Twilight's 'home cooked dinners!')

Hahahahahahaha, seriously?! Her dinners are that terrible?

[Spike is still feeling a little light headed, but crosses his arms and raises an eyebrow]

C'mon Rainbow Dash. Have you seen Twilight cook?

There's a reason why I bring the food to pony picnics. Trust me, I've tried her cooking.

[Spike makes a face]

Bleeaaarch!
